Recently renovated rooms with new paint, window shades, and comfortable beds. Spacious accommodations with a kitchenette. Multiple hot tubs and swimming pools on the clean grounds. Friendly owners with a multigenerational family running the place. Great option for South Korean visitors with signage in both English and Korean.

The hotel is close to everything we needed, making it very convenient for our stay. The rooms had very comfy beds and even a kitchenette, which was a great bonus. The included breakfast was a nice touch as well.
Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The lodging provides a great opportunity to rest and relax, with clean and natural thermal springs water in several hot tubs and a swimming pool. The prices are low, and the location offers easy access to a supermarket and other amenities in the area. One reviewer mentioned clean rooms, large beds, and a tastefully decorated bathroom. Other advantages include large warm swimming pool, coffee and donut holes in the morning, and sweet greetings from the grandmother of the property.
According to one guest, the exterior of the building was dirty and unkempt.

Big room. 3 whirlpools to relax. Coffee machine and refrigerator in the room. Ice machine. Good price. Sure will be great when the renovation work is finished.
Pool and other whirlpools currently closed for renovation. From 6h in the morning craftsmen on the roof. No information about this on the booking page.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. The mineral pool was a delight, and the sauna and gym were functional. We enjoyed the polite and helpful service from the staff. I'd recommend this hotel.

The location was ok, the pools and hot springs were a nice extra (but were not really used by us because we only stayed one night)
Equipment okay, refrigerator but not switched on, kitchen available but no plates / cutlery etc., at check-out 7:30 am nobody present despite previous request - just a box for the keycard with the words "Express Checkout", days later $ 2 was charged again (for an unknown reason).

A hot tub was covered.
The 4 hot tuns were not to be used. All empty.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pools and hot tubs were well attended, clean, and heated with mineral water. The staff, especially the owners and grandmother of the property, were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and safe, and we felt comfortable during our 3-day stay.
All was good.

This hotel is great value for money! The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel also provides breakfast which is a nice extra. I also loved the location, it was near lots of lovely food restaurants and the National Park which was a great bonus.
Everything was just fine here.

The pool and spa facilities were fantastic! We spent most of our weekend lounging around and soaking up the sun. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also liked the convenience of having a nearby restaurant and grocery store within walking distance.
The hotel seemed like it was in the middle of renovations and there was a lot of construction going on. It was a bit noisy at times, but luckily it didn't ruin our experience.
