Overall my stay was such great and would definitely go back. The location was great, to the area due to a medical issue, in the super nice area. Besides, it was 5 min walk from Miracle Hill.

The staff are knowledgeable and the room was newly decorated with very comfy beds. The location of the hotel is great, very close to an otherwise barren desert and a park before a repeat visit here.

John
The breakfast offered a wide array of goodies. The location of the hotel is peaceful and great, right by Palm Springs. The staff was excellent and amazingly nice at all times.

quiet location, large rooms, clean, nice staff, supermarket and restaurants available
Jacuzzis all fixed, walls very thin.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a super nice area, just off the food restaurants, a park before a repeat visit here, and an otherwise barren desert. The staff members were hard-working and excellent. No complaints, it was dope!

Recently refurbished and great-sized room with very comfy beds and with a lot of space. Hard-working staff throughout. Quiet and excellent location not too far away from Miracle Hill.

We had a wonderful stay at Desert Rain Spa. We were in town for the Coachella Festival and needed a place to sleep and shower. The hotel allowed us to check in early and the room was exactly what we needed. The price was great and the location was convenient to food and stores. The mountain views were breathtaking, and the other guests were charming and engaging. The owners were on-site and very pleasant. We wish we had stayed longer to try out the pool and explore more of the amenities offered at the hotel.

The location was excellent - really close to Joshua Tree National Park and Desert Hot Springs and the desert.

Big room. 3 whirlpools to relax. Coffee machine and refrigerator in the room. Ice machine. Good price. Sure will be great when the renovation work is finished.
Pool and other whirlpools currently closed for renovation. From 6h in the morning craftsmen on the roof. No information about this on the booking page.

Recently renovated rooms with new paint, window shades, and comfortable beds. Spacious accommodations with a kitchenette. Multiple hot tubs and swimming pools on the clean grounds. Friendly owners with a multigenerational family running the place. Great option for South Korean visitors with signage in both English and Korean.

Very amiable and respectful staff, had good stay!!!
Booked a room except by the front window. The facilities were clean. Location: the hotel was next to stores and the National Park and the food restaurants.

The location was ok, the pools and hot springs were a nice extra (but were not really used by us because we only stayed one night)
Equipment okay, refrigerator but not switched on, kitchen available but no plates / cutlery etc., at check-out 7:30 am nobody present despite previous request - just a box for the keycard with the words "Express Checkout", days later $ 2 was charged again (for an unknown reason).

Great location close to Joshua Tree National Park and food options 🌵.

A hot tub was covered.
The 4 hot tuns were not to be used. All empty.

The hotel is close to everything we needed, making it very convenient for our stay. The rooms had very comfy beds and even a kitchenette, which was a great bonus. The included breakfast was a nice touch as well.
Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
